In Podere La Doccia, on the last weekend of January, an expert pork butcher will show how to have wonderful hams, salami, sausages, “soppressate”, “rosticciana”, “fegatelli” and many other delicacies.
On Saturday you can relax in nature or visit the surroundings in Val di Chiana: please, ask for suggestions. In the evening, we will serve you a typical Tuscan dinner. On Sunday you can spend the morning with the expert pork butcher and at lunch we will have a pork barbecue altogether to taste what will have just been prepared.
The weekend package includes: Saturday dinner, 1 night accomodation in our Podere La Doccia Country Guest House, Sunday breakfast and lunch.
