OUR WINE

Another great passion of us is for wine. Our vineyards are in the land of Chianti. We have about 20 acres of Sangiovese vineyards and about 1 acre of Petit Verdot vineyard, in spurred cordon rows. 5 acres of them are classified Chianti Superiore, while the rest is Chianti Docg. We check and also limit the vineyard yield in order to have better quality grapes.

We grow grapes according to environment friendly sustainable agriculture.

The vineyard life-cycle needs great care in all its phases; we harvest grapes by hand at the end of Sepember or the beginning of October and then we transfer them in cellars.

This is the occasion to celebrate the harvest altogether, meeting to collect the grapes in order to have the wine for our meals with friends. You can join us in harvest to celebrate it and then to taste the wine with us.
